How to create analytical queries using unreleased data source?

We have a requirement to create analytical queries using data source I_GLAcctBalanceCube.

On checking this in public cloud (2-tier landscape), we found that this cube is only released for Key-user extensibility. Can we still use this cube in the BTP ABAP environment making use of the side-by-side extensibility concept.

We don't want to create objects in Custom Analytical Queries/Custom CDS Views app available on the public cloud due to its limitations.
