How to create a table in SAP HANA Cloud Database with end user's input

I am a CAPM developer, as I'm new to this technology I need some suggestions.

I have a requirement of creating a table in SAP HANA Database with end user's input from the UI. Is that possible to create a table without defining the entity in schema and also view that table in the UI using SAP Fiori elements. Please help me with your suggestion.

One option to consider may be a JSON Collection.  There is an example and more details available in step 4 of Try Out Multi-Model Functionality with the SAP HANA Database Explorer.

Thanks for your suggestion Dan_vL.Is it possible to view the JSON Collection as a table in the UI using Fiori Elements.

I don't myself have not myself used Fiori Elements but a query to a JSON collection can either return the JSON or if you specify the column names, it will return a tabular result.
