How to create a new solution in solution manager 7.1 SP14? and Setup EWA report?

Hi experts,

I know this question is dumb but the new user interface is not intuitive. It is much easier to create a new solution in solution manager 7.0 but I just can't find where to create a new solution in solution manger 7.1. I read sap online help (https://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm71_sp10/helpdata/en/de/721f5bc59e46a99969d8ed835cd727/content.htm?no_...) but still can't get it. Please see my step-by-step screenshots below. Thanks for your help.

PS: My objective is to create an Early Watch Report Weekly for my new installed Production System. If possible, please provide a link or step-by-step operation guide about how to setup EWA Report on Solution Manager 7.1 SP14. Thank you very much.

That document seems to be obsolete, too. Anyway, I just find it myself. Still, thanks a lot.

SM_WORKCENTER -> System Monitoring -> Setup -> Solutions -> Create Solution
