I want to test this API "Marketing - Campaigns" from SAP API BUSNIESS HUB using SAP BUSNIESS APPLICATION STUDIO , How can I find "HOST" and "PORT" !

You can use the sandbox environment to try out the APIs.
Assuming you are referencing
- Marketing - Campaigns | SAP API Business Hub
When you click Try it Out and then execute, the URL is targeted and the sample response for 200 (OK), 400 (error), etc. is returned.
https://sandbox.api.sap.com/s4hanacloud/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_MKT_CAMPAIGN_SRV;v=0002/Campaigns
The alternative to the sandbox (try out) environment is your own customer (live) system, which in this case would be SAP Marketing Cloud and you would have to contact the system administrator for a system to use (i.e. usually a development environment and not production), which user account, etc.
