We have created MAG in IA and have created Agreement in TPM.
We have found Prepackaged content for TPM but we are unable to push the agreement from TPM to Cloud integration. Please help with the next course of action.
Request clarification before answering.

Yes its possible to run end to end B2B scenario ( not involving Trading Partners ) with Integration Advisor & Cloud Integration.

TPM agreements are stored in partner directory and using script step in SAP CPI these Partner Directory entries are validated.
You can find script collection in SAP API business hub to access these PD entries.

Below are few cents from my side.
1) Its possible to use MIG and MAGs directly in SAP CPI .From SAP PI/PO world its similar to B2B addon.
2) When you have multiple trading partners for B2B message exchange.From SAP PI/PO its TPM.
