How to connect non-ABAP Products Built in On-Premises Environment to SAP Cloud ALM

We have built SAP HANA Cockpit, SAP IQ, and SAP SDI within our own Azure environment.
Is it possible to connect these products to SAP Cloud ALM and use features such as Health Monitoring?
If possible, please provide information on:
