I’m trying to connect Google Looker Studio with an SAP HANA 2022 on-premise system.

So far, I haven’t found a straightforward connector in Looker Studio that supports direct HANA connections.

If anyone has successfully set this up, could you please share the steps, configuration details, or any required middleware/connectors?

Key questions:

• What is the recommended method to expose SAP HANA on-premise data to Looker Studio (e.g., JDBC/ODBC, APIs, Data Federation, Cloud Connector, etc.)?
• Are there any specific network or authentication settings needed?
• Is there an official or 3rd-party connector that works reliably?
