How to configure SAP Cloud Identity Services with Microsoft Entra for automatic user provisioning.

Hello All,

I have  a requirement to sync all users from SAP Cloud Identity Services to Microsoft Entra . 

Here are the steps which I followed 

1) Created new administrator as system and configured all the permissions.

2) Created a new  sourcing system  as type Local Identity Directory .

3) Created a new  Target System with all properties specified from following link( https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-identity-services/cloud-identity-services/target-microsoft-entra-id)

4) Configured real time identity provisioning 

5) Test connection is fine but when I click on provisioning .It shows 14 out of 19 users are provisioned but in provision logs it says entity skipped 

I am able to sync users from entra to CIS  .Other Way around is not working .Please let me know am I missing any configurations here ?

Hi,

If entries are skipped reason can be they already exist in target or some attribute is missing in source system.

Please check IPS logs for details.     

Do you want to sync user from CIS to Entra or otherway around?. Make sure you have source and target defined as per requirment.
