How to collect all IPs connecting to SAP PI 7.5

I have a requirement to detect ALL ip address connecting to our SAP PI 7.5, we are migrating to SAP Integration Suite and want to disable SAP PI.

I can´t find any KBA or help document explaining how to have this information.

For all the communication channels are based on the name of the server which is having internal or any url base from the external. Could you share the more details.
