how to check entitiled/purchased products

we are facing some issues during maintenance planner and we want to check whether our customer number have purchased this product, may i know how to check.

I could think of the following options here:

• Access the ‘All in one list’ in the Software download Center of SAP for Me to check all your company's licensed product - refer to KBA 2484120
• Check with your local SAP Order Management – refer to KBA 1660069
• Check with your SAP Account Manager – refer to KBA 2626344
