Hi SAP,
Is it possible to change Time zone in Cloud ALM and sync with managed system.
We have observed that the alert reported time and mail notifications received are in different time zones.

Request clarification before answering.
I think it is not possible to change the time zone in Cloud ALM.
This is explained in SAP Note - 2716344 - Timezone in Cloud system is set to UTC as default - SAP for Me

Hello,
Since Oct 16, 2024 it is possible to configure the Time Zone for Email and Chat Notifications in Intelligent Event Processing.
You can specify the time zone for email and chat notifications. When configured, the reporting time stamps in the notifications for Send Email to and Send Chat Notification event actions are displayed in the configured time zone.
To configure the time zone,
Open the Intelligent Event Processing app.
Navigate to Configuration Application Settings Time Zone.
Select the preferred time zone in the Time Zone for Email and Chat Notifications dropdown.
Choose Save.
