How to change the license of the user in SAC.

Hello,

There is no option available to change the license directly for the user in SAC.

Workaround that you can follow:

1. Delete the user and add the user again.
2. Export the users csv file and then change the license in the csv. After changing it then import the csv file again.

Hi, I tried both the workaround, in both cases user got created with "Planning Standard" type.
