Current S-user E-mail address is old and need to change to a new one.
Please advise how we can manage this in future on its own.

Dear customer,
Kindly know S-users can no longer manage their own email addresses in SAP for Me, only the administrators can. Also, administrators cannot change their own email addresses either, so another administrator must do this for them.
Product support engineer can not change email for S-user when there are active administrators.
So please kindly contact your company's Super Administrators, User Administrators, or Cloud Administrators (listed here) to change your S-user ID email address for them in the User Management application.
If the affected S-user is linked to SAP Universal ID, the user must first add the new email address to their UID in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager by following the steps in KBA 2882908.
