How to change the background user for SAP Cloud ALM jobs current scheduled?

Hello SAP support,

Is there any quick way to change an user for all the use-case jobs currently scheduled?
Or I have to do it manually for every released job via SM37?

Hello,

Yes, you can de-register the system under /n/sdf/alm_setup and register again with the new user. 

For that please follow:

1. Access the transaction code /n/sdf/alm_setup
2. Click in "unregister"
3. Add the user on background user
4. Click in "register" again
5. The jobs will be re-scheduled. 

Please ensure the new user assigned has the necessary roles as mentioned on guide (required authorization session):

• SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite 7
