How to change storage bin and type in outbound delivery ?

Dear Friends ,

I'm using 
1 ) BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE : for update quantity , For existing record .
2 ) L_TO_CREATE_DN  : for create TO for outbound delivery .
3 ) L_TO_CONFIRM  : for confirm TO generated by Bapi "L_TO_CREATE_DN" .
4 ) WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE : for creating PGI .

Is there any way  BAPI to change the Storage bin and type for batch item in outbound delivery .

Please help me on this .

Would you describe your requirements in details, providing business justification and screenshots maybe. Typically such updates are not necessary.
