How to Change File name generated in Output Request

Hello Gurus,

ECC6 is our system. We just installed a Xerox printer to print our Labels for Manufacturing. We noticed that on the FreeFlow display on the Xerox, the Job name that is displayed doesn't make sense. It's random and it's impossible to let the schedulers select the job they want to print at a time because the Job name on the printer doesn't have any meaning.

For you guys, to understand this very well. The label is printed when we confirm a process order. So it's sent to the Xerox printer on hold. This allows the plant guys to go the the printer and select which lables they need at that point and print it. Now it's  impossible to know which spool they want to print because, what they see as the Job name on the FreeFlow display of the Xerox is unexplanable. It's something like 00UJdk4e03.EP4. EP4 is our SAP production system ID name.

At first, we thought it was the Xerox software that was generating this random name but few days ago I found out that it was generated by SAP.

Attached is a screenshot of where this Job/File name is located in SAP. It's on the Output request information in SP01. To get to the screenshot, in SP01, select the spool fromt the list, click on "Request Attributes" (HAT), select overview (hill with circle), check the spool and on the Menu -> Goto -> Output request. This will show the output controller. Select the output request and on the Menu -> Goto -> Request Attributes. This will display the Output Controller info. Click on the "Internal Information" tab and this will show the screenshot I attached.

Is there a way we can stop SAP from generating this name and we can use a different names or we can specify the File name to use ourselves.

Thanks for you help.
