Hi Team,
How to call standard Fiori application in Mobile application through link in an email.
Suppose based on some workflow configurations, you will get an email for sales order details.
Example : Sales order no : 1234
and some URL Link to open the relevant order in Standard Fiori application.
Generally, sap standard fiori apps are browser based URL.
Here the requirement is once they click on the link they want to see that sales order in mobile application not in the browser.
Earlier SAP Fiori client has one application was there, now its no longer available.
Now we have seen SAP Mobile Start
Is it possible, to open that sales order directly in mobile application instead of browser ?
Thanks,
Request clarification before answering.
Dear @sekhar_k,
SAP Mobile Start offers to be opened from the outside by other apps and links using so-called "deep links". With this it is possible to open for example a Fiori / UI5 app that is exposed to SAP Mobile Start on your landscape and the current user. Here, the app follows the concept of "Intent Based Navigation", in order to specify which content should be opened including the ability to pass parameters to the target application.
You can find more information in the public facing documentation of SAP Mobile Start on SAP Help:
https://help.sap.com/docs/mobile-start/mobile-start-administration-guide/deep-links-to-apps?locale=e...
Kind regards,
Thomas

Hi @thomas-bruckner,
SAP Mobile start supports for BTP.
Can you please help how to achieve for S/4 HANA on - premise.
Dear @sekhar_k,
SAP Mobile Start retrieves the exposed content from the SAP BTP by building on top of "SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition" or "SAP Start". For your case with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, I recommend looking into "SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition", which offers to connect your SAP S/4HANA On-Premise system and expose relevant apps from your business roles. By doing this, they get also exposed to SAP Mobile Start. You can check out the following SAP Help documentation: https://help.sap.com/docs/build-work-zone-standard-edition/sap-build-work-zone-standard-edition/cont...
To learn more about SAP Mobile Start, there is also a dedicated Learning Journey available:
https://learning.sap.com/learning-journeys/Setting-Up-SAP-Build-Work-Zone-standard-edition-and-SAP-M...
I completely understood this solution works for SAP BTP, sap build workzone standard edition is available in BTP(This process i am completely agree).
2 Open Questions:
1. My Only doubt is if we are using S/4 HANA on-premise, not using BTP how can we achieve.
2. How can we achieve this requirement for SAP Build Workzone advance edition.
As stated before, SAP Mobile Start supports exposed apps & content from SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, but only using "SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition". You cannot connect SAP Mobile Start directly to your On-Premise system without the SAP BTP, since "SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition" or "SAP Start" contain the required technical prerequisites for SAP Mobile Start to function correctly, for example Onboarding & Login using your Identity Provider or sending push notifications to the app. The previous links to the documentation and learning journey do contain all the necessary information to get you up and running.
At the moment, SAP Mobile Start cannot be used with "SAP Build Work Zone, Advanced Edition", but it is planned for the future. I would recommend to follow the public roadmap of SAP Mobile Start:
https://roadmaps.sap.com/board?PRODUCT=73554900100800003452&range=CURRENT-LAST#;INNO=CD32A70058A51ED...

Dear Sekhar,
thank you for your inquiry below.
My understanding is that you would like to execute a deep link from e.g. an email into SAP Mobile Start to open an app. This feature is indeed available and described in our SAP Help Portal:
https://help.sap.com/docs/mobile-start/mobile-start-administration-guide/deep-links-to-apps
I hope this information helps.
Best regards
Robert
