How to bypass the SSO authentication on SAC?. I have enabled the SSO in SAC and need to provide the SAC access to the external party don't have account on Active Directory

It is also not possible to use URL parameter to bypass the SSO authentication temporarily.
This is a limitation in current SAC version while one Improvement request has already been submitted on our customer's influence page: URL/Parameter to avoid SAML-SSO authentication
