How to avoid sending blank reports via Publication to your customers in SAP-BO 4.3

Hi Team 

We are using the Source system Bex query Scenario: I have two date-dimension-based on that need to apply If then else logic with the Equal  to the operator Example: One date dimension is the current date with the date type  o/p is 01/31/23  and another date dimension  Delivery date with Data type  o/p is 01/31/24  Logic is work  If (current date = Delivery date The 1 else 0) 
Scenario 2: Applied Input control above logic with equal operator 1 displaying data in the document via versa when logically applied not equal operator document doesn't display in Webi

Scenario3: When performing publication with equal operator 1 with Delivery rules enable the option Deliver individual document when condition  and If schedule content data met the Publication is executed successfully  where its doesn't generate the data  only were are getting the structure of the report

Scenario 4: When performing publication with equal operator 0 with Delivery rules enable the option Deliver individual document when condition  and If schedule content data met the Publication is executed successfully  where it avoids generating a blank report
