How to automatically add a text in transaction ME21N -> Texts -> Terms of Delivery

Hi,

I want to automatically add a predefined text for the delivery terms when creating a custom purchase order of type ZXX in SAP. How can I configure this in SAP so that a predefined text automatically fills the 'Terms of Delivery' text field every time a PO is created?

I dont think there is a standard way to address your requirement. 

You may want to look for some alternatives.

You can for example try to fetch the text from a Contract or vendor master.
