How to attach custom F4 Search help in Manage Customer Line Items(F0711)

Hi Team,

I need to add the custom fields in Manage Customer Line Items(F0711).

For adding the fields in Table and filter bar, I created the project in SEGW and redefined the standard OData service FAR_CUSTOMER_LINE_ITEMS. The custom fields are added in both table and filter bar.

I need to attach F4 search help to custom filter bar fields.

Hi,

1. Create a VH CDS view for F4 search help.

2. Expose the above CDS view in your redefined the standard OData service.

3. Create metadata extension which @Metadata.layer: #CUSTOMER, in there to add VH annotation for the custom field.

(small question: why don`t you use the 'Custom Field' app to add a custom field to app?)
