Hi,
If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to see only a specific package from the entire system library, is it?
If yes, you can create a new repository tree as shown in the screenshots & select the desired package, it will contain the filtered one for you, it can also be achieved through favourite package option.

It entirely depends on one's organizational development guidelines, while creating the data definitions like CDS or AMDP classes it will ask for a package right in the first step, the package defined for development of such objects by your organization should be fed there & they will reside under the same.
