How to add new navigation link to Fiori tile

Hi experts,

can you give me an example on how the tile action provided on the tile configuration is supposed to work.

I tried to add a new link to the "Manage Sales Inquiries" App but I don't see any effect. I was expecting that a link is added to the link list when selecting an item in the list...

Or did I missunderstand this functionality?
