how to add new entries such as "Fixed" in the field "status" drop down for incident Y1DM

I want to add new entries such as "Fixed" in the field "status" drop down for incident Y1DM (Defect).

Please suggest how do I do that.

We are on solman 7.2 SP16

The custom transaction Y1DM is copied from S1DM.

Hello,

Y1DM seems to be a copy of the Focused Build S1DM transaction type .

Focused Build does not support custom transaction types. Hope that helps.

Go to CRMBS02 -> Choose S1DM / Y1DM and then add your new status into the status profile.

Make sure you give lowest & highest status number in according to the new status value,

Thanks for your reply. I couldn't check your reply due to upgrade tasks so far.

Im in to the above T-code with Y1DM. Do you want me to add the entries as Y1DM0002 as "fixed" in the text column? As I see there's a an entry with Y1DM0001 as "Defect notification". Can you please guide me the steps to perform as I want to see the status as fixed for Y1DM. Much appreciate your support.
