Hi,
I have activated the RTC(Real-Time Collaboration) in the SAP EP Portal.Can someone guide me on what to do next to use the 'instant /messaging service of the portal

When you say that you have activated the RTC in the portal I assume you have implemented the configuration as outlined in the SAP help documentation below?
If so, after this it is then necessary to configure the RTC settings as per the link from the above documentation. In relation to the instant messaging service, specifically the following configuration needs to be implemented -

After this, you should be able to access the messaging functionality via the Collaboration Launchpad. A link to the launchpad should exist in the portal masthead after enabling the RTC service.
