How to activate ICM Parameters

I have set icm parameter such as icm/HTTPS/trust_client_with_issuer for principal propagation.Now I need to restart ICM in order these parameter become active. This is done with SMICM transaction. But I don't have the hard shutdown instead I have exist hard option and icm parameters are not activated with exist hard. So just checking how can I activate ICM parameters?

Hi Subit,

Check in RZ11 whether the parameter is dynamically switchable. If they are not, then it means that you will need to restart the instance to have them loaded.

In your example, icm/HTTPS/trust_client_with_issuer parameter is not dynamic, so you will need to restart the instance to have it in use.
