Kindly Check the KBA : 3081894 - How to Request SAP Cloud ALM? - Video, that provides you with the steps to provision SAP Cloud ALM :
- Access the SAP Support Portal page for SAP Cloud ALM.
- Navigate to and click the "Request" button to open the "Systems & Provisioning" area in SAP for Me.
- Identify the SAP Cloud ALM entry in the table "Products Available for Provisioning".
- You need a valid S-user with "Edit" authorization permissions in order to be able to create a request for SAP Cloud ALM.
- If you do not have "Edit cloud data" authorization permissions, you will not be able to see any data in the table on this screen.
- You can contact your Administrator to request those authorizations by using the "My Important Contacts" tab in the "Users & Contacts" header area.
- Click the "Start Provisioning" button.
- Select a deployment region in the pop-up for your SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
- Specify a Subdomain for your SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
- The subdomain value you specify during the request cannot be changed later and cannot be reused, so double check any data you input in this field.
- Specify an SAP Cloud Identity Service in the pop-up.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click "Submit.
- Wait some time for the "Provisioning Status" value to update in the interface.
- When the "Provisioning Status" is successful:
- An SAP Cloud ALM tenant will be prepared with an Administration user based on your e-mail address.
- A Global account named "SAP Cloud ALM" or "SAP Cloud ALM - <ERP Cust Num>",Sub account named "SAP Cloud ALM" will be prepared in the SAP Business Technology Platform with an Administration user based on your e-mail address.
*SAP Cloud ALM provisioned prior to November 30th 2023,Global Account has name of "SAP Cloud ALM",
*SAP Cloud ALM provisioned after November 30th 2023,Global Account has name of "SAP Cloud ALM - <ERP Cust Num>". - You will receive a welcome e-mail with access to your SAP Cloud ALM tenant and a link to documentation that guides you to completing the setup and administration for SAP Cloud ALM.
- If you selected to create a new Identity Authentication Service (IAS) tenant in step 7, you will receive an e-mail to activate your IAS user account.
