Hi Experts,
I am new for Admin activities so I may not sound expert. We have a requirement of upgrading Netweaver 7.4 to 7.5 latest SP to support OData V4.I read may documents and notes to get idea of time taken by this activity. We have to complete this activity on high priority and other basis person told that it will take around 10 days to download software and do upgrade. What I feel it should not take more than 3 days. I want to clear this this doubt as we are prioritizing our tasks and assigning time to them.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Experts,
I would like to check what are the required files are required to upgrade from Netweaver 740 SPs 9 to Netweaver 750 SPs 7.
I have ran the SUM tool and it only read the xml file which contains SCA files. The SUM did not ask for upgrade export medias.
Please advise.

Hi
There cannot be a straight forward answer to your question, as it depends upon many factors
Hardware resources, Database size, components involved, customized objects involved, and on and on.
But surely 10 days will not be required for any kind of upgrade.
The best way of estimating is to have replica of production system built and perform upgrade on that dummy system.

Thanks for your reply Prithviraj,
There is no customization. We have our product pat file which we deploy once any box is ready. Also We are product company not service based company so we don't have large data. We just keep few records to do product testing.
I am looking for a rough estimate here. to create a backlog in our sprint.
