How do you deal with different process views (affiliates/global) in the company?

We want to design a process that contains parts that are not relevant to Affiliate A. We have tried to do this using "Views", but then the process is not complete. See images

How have you dealt with such issues? Is their a possibility to "add" the missing arrow somehow?

Hey Barbara,

i tried one option. If you throw out both gateways you have to fill in a seperate arrow. That arrow would be to much for the BPMN2.0 syntax.

In the picture you see my solution. Just left the first gateway in and it works.
