How do I update the replication flow to update local table in Datasphere ?

How to I replicate this on replication flow and local table in datasphere, How to recognize these new fields in Datasphere?

Do you have some trouble with that? You should be able to updated local table structure + replication flow. Let us know if You have an error or issue with that.
