How do I update imported BW roles in BI4.2

Hi,

Our BI4 system, BI4.2.3, makes use of SSO with BW.

Users are automatically created with their roles on their first logon?

Unfortunately, when we add or change a role in BW, this doesn't get imported anymore.
(e.g. a user changes function within the company and his roles represent this change, but for the reporting to work, he needs to be deleted and recreated...)

Even though a job is scheduled to automatically import users and roles each night.

Does any one have experience with this? How to make it work?

There is an issue on 4.2 SP3 see KBA 2388068 for possible work around, There is also an SAP note with fix in the solutions section
