Hi,
I've just managed to create a Build Workzone Advanced tenant using BTP and IAS. I've created a new workspace and it seems like internal users from IAS have access but I can't seem to figure out how to invite externals.
I added my private mail to the IAS as user type 'External' and in group 'Workzone_User_Type_public'.
In the management console the user is shown as active, with status 'Unaccepted Invite'. I reveived an invite from the IAS, but not from Workzone.
When trying to add the email to a workspace I get error 'Non company e-mail address'.
Based on this drawing, it seems I have to create an external workspace, not private or public, but only the last two are an option when creating a workspace.

Please advice.

Looks like you need to Configure External Users/Workspaces. This is not configured out of the box.

Thanks chris.stiles !
I've managed to follow the guide and activate all (most where already there from WZ onboarding)
I added a new gmail user to a workspace and got the invite - registered it, and I can see it as a public user in IAS (no groups though). Haven't created the real time provisioning yet, but did both a READ and a REDSYNC job and user is indeed in the 'Externals' list in Workzone. However, when logging in with the user, I still get the too familiar error
"App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.
Failed to resolve navigation target "#workzone-home". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment."
Any suggestions?
