How do I automate creation of 'Cloud Integration' Capability while using Terraform?

I am trying to use Terraform (infrastructure as Code tool) to automate the creation of BTP sub accounts, entitlements, services, role collections, user role assignment, etc. I am able to create the Subaccount, add the Integration suite entitlement, subscribe to the Integration suite service and even assign the Integration Provisioner role collection to my user. But then I am forced to do a manual step. I need to login to the Integration suite and add a capability of 'Cloud Integration' manually. 

How can I automate this last step?

I don't think that currently you can achieve more than you've described. As I ran into the same issue when trying with my  integration_suite.tf example I've created this influencing request:

Allow activation of SAP Integration Suite capabilities using Terraform (S-User required)
