how could be write April, may under the key figures?????

Hi Expert,

I have requirment on bex query below scenario is

	April		May
Company code	A Values	B Values	Cvalues	D Values
C100	200	300	500	600
C200	400	200	700	400

How couold be write April, May under the A values , B , C and D values respectively in columns.

Note :A values , B values , C and D values is key figures

pls advice ASAP

Hi Wasem,

Solution 1:-

If you don't have any data for C and D in the month of April or if you don't have A and B in May, then you can easily achieve with umbrella concept in BEx.

Keep 0Calmonth above to your KF structure and put all 4 KFs, A,B,C & D. After that apply Zero suppression on columns like below:--

Hence you will get only A and B under April; C and D in May.

Solution 2 :-

You have to create separate New Selections for each month with respect to A & B and C & D KFs.

In simple terms, you have to create 4 new selections with April-A, April-B, May-C and May-D. Don't keep Calmonth above your whole KF structure.
