How can we access the /IWBEP/MESSAGE_TEXT service in the SAP PUBLIC CLOUD system via API

Dear Experts,

API_INBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV;v=0002/A_InbDeliveryHeader(ref: https://api.sap.com/api/API_INBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV_0002) in SAP_COM_0106 scenario from BTP system to Public cloud system we call the service with the Post method. Naturally, from time to time, we get errors originating from the purchase document. When we want to see the details of the errors, it states that the service user we created is not authorized. How should we go about this?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as Integration/Connectivity is related to Extensibility.
