How can User see two hierarchies level data in SAC story widget ?

Hi Team,

I have one Story with multiple story filters.

One of the story filters called ‘spend category’(dimension) only contain two Hierarchies. and this story filter ‘spend category’ was linked from two models (PO & INVOICE)

1. Comm Category level

I. Comm cat1

II. Comm cat2

III. Com cat3

2. SAP Category level

I. sap cat1

II. sap cat2

III. sap cat3

By default, hierarchy ‘Comm category level’ was selected. User can only see default hierarchy level data. However, user wants to see both hierarchy level data.

Could you please suggest How does User see data in one widget with respect to two hierarchies?

Hi 2005033862,

You can not show two hierarchies at the same time.

One way to achieve this would be - to create/ add another dimension (say Spend Catagory 2) and have 2nd hierarchy under that column.

Is there any possibility to create two story filters on one dimension using any calculated dimension and can we exclude any one hierarchy using advance filter.

I am afraid that wont be possible out of the box. You are entering in the territory off custom widget/ app with this requirement. Easy option wold be to create a 2nd dim.
