How can setup CI/CD pineline with in the tenant (one space to another space)?

How to set up that?

To share objects between spaces, you can check Creating, Finding, and Sharing Objects.
In case anything else is required for your CI/CD implementation, let us know in specific.

Is it possible to share data from one space to another spaces within a datasphere using BTP cicd, if yes can you please provide us with the steps or document to do so
