How can I setup any GUI for MacBook Pro M1 chip with release Big Sur 11.2.3?

I got my laptop (MacBook Pro) for like 8 months now and I have tried to install the Sap GUI 7.50 or less for it. But I seem many documentation but I ended up with no hope but sell it.

So if you have any manual or video to explain how to do it, I would appreciate that.

SAP GUI for Java 7.50 is no longer supported, please download the latest 7.70 version.

A good starting point for documentation would be the help portal.
