Hello everyone,
I’d like to build a report in Report Center that shows only the changes to specific fields, for example an employee’s Business Unit or Department. I do not want to list all job information transactions (every effective-dated change). Ideally, my table would look like this:
| User ID | Start Date | End Date | Business Unit | Department |
| 1 | 01-01-2025 | 04-03-2025 | BU1 | D1 |
| 1 | 04-04-2025 | 31-12-9999 | BU2 | D3 |
Questions:
Currently, I`m pulling the data from the the Global Job Info, I selected in Date Options "Show All" and of course, I`m getting ALL TIME transactions, so something like the below... This is because the rows in red correspond to a different event.
| User ID | Start Date | End Date | Business Unit | Department |
| 1 | 01-01-2025 | 04-03-2025 | BU1 | D1 |
| 1 | 01-01-2025 | 04-03-2025 | BU1 | D1 |
| 1 | 01-01-2025 | 04-03-2025 | BU1 | D1 |
| 1 | 01-01-2025 | 04-03-2025 | BU1 | D1 |
| 1 | 04-04-2025 | 31-12-9999 | BU2 | D3 |
Any guidance or examples would be appreciated!
Thank you.
