How can I learn Cloud Application Studio in a proper way?

can you please recommend tutorials or documents with real cases, which help for a better understanding and work with SAP Cloud Application Studio. The PDF-document version 1905-2020-04-03 and a YouTube Tutorial with Jens Limbach are not really helpful for a better understanding.
