How can I hide the column that is labeled "Total" on a cross-tab?

[sql_cat]

We would like to hide the column in a cross-tab that shows the "Total" label.

We can delete the text "Total", but the blank column remains.

We also want to delete this "Total" label column when we are using "Show summarized field labels" on another Cross-Tab.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The only option we've been able to come up with is covering it with a white text box!
