How can I automatically assign user rights for each user?

Hi I would need to automatically assign for each user, in his user rights, himself with a specific access level.

Example: I have user "A" and I access his user rights, in this window I manually add the same user "A" and the access level "view"

Can this be done automatically?
So when I create a user already have that configuration?

It shouldn't be necessary to add the View rights for users on themselves. What is your objective here?

I assign the rights to the individual user because I have seen that the user's preferences for the gdpr window can only be saved if I assign the user himself, otherwise that window continues to appear.
