Hide options in netweaver business client for MDGM

Hi Experts,

If I wand to hide few options in netweaver business client for SAP_MDGM say like "File import" under services, "Mass change" under process multiple material, how to do that?

Hi Arun,

1) Goto PFCG and delete them from the role[SAP_MDGM] menu option.

2) Or copy the role and do the same and assign the new role to the user.

It is also possible to check the flag invisible.

Hi Arun,

1. Go to pfcg role you want to change
2. Choose the menu you want to hide
3. Press the button 'Other Node details'
4. In the Deatils section, you will find a setting for 'Visibility'
5. Choose the setting that suits your requirement and SAVE

I don't think you can change the SAP standard role. So first copy it to your name space and edit the role and assign the users accordingly.
