We have scheduled a job with custom report and the runtime was around 40K seconds. How can I get the root cause for longer runtime of the job that was executed few days back. I have check in the job log, but there's no detailed information. Also checked ST03N and couldn't get much information about the root cause. I understand that trace ST05 should be enabled, but its a production system. Is there any other way to find the reason for longer runtime of the job (report is custom - Zreport and assigned with variant).
Appreciate if anyone help with their inputs.
