Hello Team, How to Auto populate data in mandatory fields in Service Now Incident via SAP Cloud ALM

I have integrated SNOW incident and SAP Cloud ALM. Now the incident is created but some of the mandatory fields are not auto populating the data. To customize the fields in mapping rule, I do not get the related documents. The mandatory fields are "Service", "Category" and "Channel". Does anyone have any idea how to proceed further ???
