Does anyone have information on the current S4HANA SAP user licence model?
Supposedly there is a tool from SAP to check your authorisations in relation to the new licence model?

Does the ‘Product Conversion - old licence model’ still exist in this context?

the current S4HANA SAP User License Model can be found here:

The tool you are looking for is the STAR Service, described in this note:

3113382 - Authorization-based SAP S/4HANA User Simulation / FUE Projection - SAP for Me

You can still use your ECC licenses in a product conversion scenario, yes.
