Header Texts are not visible in Outbound Delivery output

Hi,

I've got a problem with Outbound Delivery custom output.
I built a custom output with Adobe Lifecycle program and I added all the text tables present in the program.
Then, I valued every Header texts in the Outbound Delivery but I don't see them valued in the output tables.
I just see the Item texts but not Header.

Can you provide me a solution?

I replaced tag SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Supply Chain to involve the relevant experts.

Could you confirm that this custom output was done in the S/4HANA Cloud system?

To further help you with this issue, could you help include a screenshot of the name's APP and where you expect to find the Header?
