Hi Alagesa,
The error message in questions means that your SAP HANA system is not able to start the indexserver for the NDB tenant. There can be many possibilities for that to be happening, so there is no 1:1 problem solution for you at this point.
My recommendation for you is to analyze the indexserver trace, which you'll find inside the trace folder. While logged as <sid>adm you can type the commands:
# cdtrace (it will move you into the HANA traces directory)
# cd DB_NDB (it will enter the NDB tenant traces directory)
Look for files with the following format:
indexserver_<hostname>.<port_number>.yyy.trc
(yyy is 3 number in sequence)
Order by date and look into the last file, you'll most like get to see the reason why the indexserver is not starting.
