HCI-DS Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Hi, SAP Experts.

We are building an integration from IBP to a CSV file but the file arrives empty to the agent. Recently our SAP HCI-DS Agent throw us this error: "Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)", but I can't find the root of the problem.

I am facing with the same error and I tried to do steps in KBA2460059.

Hello Yuji,

We were facing the same issue when we installed the last version of the SAP data services OD agent (1.0.11.3074, patch level 22).

We unistalled it and re-installed the previous version (1.0.11.3032, patch level 21) and the error was resolved.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried to install the previous version from SAP support portal, but the previous version cannot be found,
and I don't have it in my local PC...
I am going to request to OSS to download the archived file.

Hello Luc,

I got the e-mail from sapcloudsupport yesterday and it described the latest patch (patch level 22) has an error.
This error was resolved by re-installing tha file(patch level 21) as you said.

* Patch level 22 was restored from SAP help portal , patch level 21 is available now.

Hello, that issue does not sound familiar to me, even the error message I have not seen before.

Could you create a support message for this (component = LOD-HCI-DS), our support team would need to investigate.
