Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a prototype using SAP Build Apps and trying to integrate the SAP Document Information Extraction (DIE) API – ideally with a real template/schema and a full end-to-end process (upload → OCR → display/store).
Unfortunately, I’m stuck. Even though I have the service key set up and a destination configured, I can’t get the full integration working properly within SAP Build Apps (or using Visual Cloud Functions / Build Process Automation).
My questions to the community:
Has anyone here successfully connected DIE to SAP Build Apps?
Is there a step-by-step guide available somewhere (screenshots would be amazing)?
Are there any specific things to consider with templates/schemas or the authentication flow?
I’d really appreciate any advice, example code, or experiences.
